Welcome to BravoCheck. This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how BravoCheck collects, uses, protects, and shares information.

1. Information BravoCheck Collects
We collect the following categories of information when you use BravoCheck services:

Directly Provided Information: Information you provide to us directly, such as your name, business contact details, email address, mobile number (for SMS/text opt-ins), and information provided when subscribing to newsletters or updates.

Video and Engagement Data: When you interact with BravoCheck videos hosted on YouTube, we collect engagement metrics (e.g., watch time, device type, region, traffic sources) through YouTube Studio analytics.

Third-Party Platform Data: Information processed through service providers that support BravoCheck, including Wix (hosting), Google Analytics, Mailchimp (email/SMS marketing), and Google Workspace (communications). These providers may collect, process, and transmit contact and technical information as part of their services.

Children’s Information: We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by law). If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may share information we collect in the following ways:

Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting (Wix), analytics (Google Analytics, YouTube Studio), email/SMS delivery (RingCentral), and business communications (Google Workspace).

Business Partners and Events: With partners or professional contacts in connection with events, outreach, or joint initiatives, where permitted by law.

Legal and Compliance: Where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities, regulators, or courts.

5. Your Choices and Rights

How to Exercise Your Rights:
You may exercise these rights using the methods described in the Contact Information section above. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us with “Appeal” in the subject line.
6. Data Security and Retention
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect BravoCheck’s legal rights. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

Where feasible, we will de-identify or delete personal information when it is no longer needed.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and provide additional notice where required by law, such as by posting a banner on our site or sending an email notification.
Your continued use of the site or services after any updates indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to the updated Notice, you should discontinue using the site and services.
8. Miscellaneous and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Notice is intended for users located in the United States. By accessing or using BravoCheck’s site or services, you understand and agree that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
This Privacy Notice forms part of BravoCheck’s Terms of Use. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Notice will be governed by the same Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration provisions described in the Terms of Use.
If any provision of this Privacy Notice is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
