1. Information BravoCheck Collects

We collect the following categories of information when you use BravoCheck services:

• Directly Provided Information: Information you provide to us directly, such as your name, business contact details, email address, mobile number (for SMS/text opt-ins), and information provided when subscribing to newsletters or updates.

• Public or Professional Sources: Business contact information obtained from lawful, publicly available sources, industry events, or direct outreach for email or SMS marketing.

• Automatically Collected Information: Technical data automatically collected from your device, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages visited, and time spent. We also use cookies and similar technologies to improve site functionality and analytics.

• Video and Engagement Data: When you interact with BravoCheck videos hosted on YouTube, we collect engagement metrics (e.g., watch time, device type, region, traffic sources) through YouTube Studio analytics.

• Third-Party Platform Data: Information processed through service providers that support BravoCheck, including Wix (hosting), Google Analytics, Mailchimp (email/SMS marketing), and Google Workspace (communications). These providers may collect, process, and transmit contact and technical information as part of their services.

• Children’s Information: We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by law). If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

5. Your Choices and Rights

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
